DESCRIPTION:Mediocre Trail Runners proudly present the Cheese wheel run. Most people have seen the super serious version. We are doing the super fun version! We have a wheel of cheese\, and we are rolling it down Chester and chasing after it\, chaos ensues. Winner gets half of the cheese and eternal bragging rights (until next year). 2nd place gets half of what’s left\, 3rd gets half\, etc.\nNo experience necessary\, just questionable decision making.\nScientific fact: running after cheese is 36% more motivating than running without cheese. *this fact has not been verified by science.\nWe start with an out an back run to get some miles before the big event. And plan to hang out in the parking lot after\, feel free to bring beverages\, snacks\, whatever. Sometimes the best reason to run is cheese

DESCRIPTION:We will meet in the parking lot behind the Douglas county humane society for run a few miles on the Bear Creek trail at 6pm. This is an out and back so all paces and distances are welcome! After this we will double dip and do the Cause for Paws Glow run 5k at Barkers island that starts at 7:30pm. If going to this it would be best to sign up prior to make sure you are ready for the start. It’s a fun events complete with adoptable dogs to meet and glow sticks!

DESCRIPTION:It is time for our semi annual trail maintenance on our trail\, St. Louis river trail.  We will most likely be continuing on our drainage work that we were doing this spring. We will meet 6pm in the lot with the green gate near mission creek parkway off of highway 210. Please wear trail maintenance attire and gloves and work boots/ shoes. A headlamp will be very important as well! It is a tight parking lot so car pooling is encouraged. \n\n
