SUMMARY:Bear Creek Butter Making Run
DESCRIPTION:A bear walks into a bar and orders bread with butter…. Well it’s going to be something like that. We will meet at the beginning of Bear creek trail 6pm to run our first trail fitter challenge trail! While running we will make butter for the kick off of dairy month. Upon finishing our run we will enjoy it on some fresh made bread! Some heavy cream and baggies will be provided but feel free to bring your own or try vegan heavy cream and see if that will turn out the same. It is best to have some way to carry the bag of heavy cream maybe a hydration vest or belt. As always all paces and distances are welcome! DESCRIPTION:Have you seen the state flower in person? Have you seen a grove of them? This is your chance! We will once again meet at the Wild valley road Superior hiking trail head 6pm and run the opposite way from the Trillium run into Jay Cooke state park. The pink lady slippers are about a mile into the park so we will most likely run past them and then go back. This is an out and back so any distance or pace is welcome. We will have afters in the parking lot. I can’t wait to see what concoction you all will come up with!

DESCRIPTION:Mediocre Trail Runners proudly present the Cheese wheel run. Most people have seen the super serious version. We are doing the super fun version! We have a wheel of cheese\, and we are rolling it down Chester and chasing after it\, chaos ensues. Winner gets half of the cheese and eternal bragging rights (until next year). 2nd place gets half of what’s left\, 3rd gets half\, etc.\nNo experience necessary\, just questionable decision making.\nScientific fact: running after cheese is 36% more motivating than running without cheese. *this fact has not been verified by science.\nWe start with an out an back run to get some miles before the big event.
