SUMMARY:Bear Creek Butter Making Run
DESCRIPTION:A bear walks into a bar and orders bread with butter…. Well it’s going to be something like that. We will meet at the beginning of Bear creek trail 6pm to run our first trail fitter challenge trail! While running we will make butter for the kick off of dairy month. Upon finishing our run we will enjoy it on some fresh made bread! Some heavy cream and baggies will be provided but feel free to bring your own or try vegan heavy cream and see if that will turn out the same. It is best to have some way to carry the bag of heavy cream maybe a hydration vest or belt. As always all paces and distances are welcome! (Unless you are participating in the group trailfitter challenge then you need to do it all.)Afters will probably be somewhere because it might be raining. \nSee less

DESCRIPTION:Duluth is going to get hot! At least for Duluth standards this week so no better place to go than the Beach! We will meet 6pm at the Sky Harbor Airport entrance. We will run a lollipop loop that is around 4ish miles. Afters on the beach! Please think about bringing a snack to share and your favorite beverage. If not no worries!
