DESCRIPTION:Duluth is going to get hot! At least for Duluth standards this week so no better place to go than the Beach! We will meet 6pm at the Sky Harbor Airport entrance. We will run a lollipop loop that is around 4ish miles. Afters on the beach! Please think about bringing a snack to share and your favorite beverage. If not no worries! DESCRIPTION:Have you seen the state flower in person? Have you seen a grove of them? This is your chance! We will once again meet at the Wild valley road Superior hiking trail head 6pm and run the opposite way from the Trillium run into Jay Cooke state park. The pink lady slippers are about a mile into the park so we will most likely run past them and then go back. This is an out and back so any distance or pace is welcome. We will have afters in the parking lot. I can’t wait to see what concoction you all will come up with!

DESCRIPTION:We will meet in the parking lot behind the Douglas county humane society for run a few miles on the Bear Creek trail at 6pm. This is an out and back so all paces and distances are welcome! After this we will double dip and do the Cause for Paws Glow run 5k at Barkers island that starts at 7:30pm. If going to this it would be best to sign up prior to make sure you are ready for the start. It’s a fun events complete with adoptable dogs to meet and glow sticks!

DESCRIPTION:It is time for our semi annual trail maintenance on our trail\, St. Louis river trail.  We will most likely be continuing on our drainage work that we were doing this spring. We will meet 6pm in the lot with the green gate near mission creek parkway off of highway 210. Please wear trail maintenance attire and gloves and work boots/ shoes.
