SUMMARY:Ursa Minor / Lincoln Park
DESCRIPTION:Brian had an idea a while back and I want to make good on letting ideas come to life. We will meet 6pm at Ursa Minor and run up to Lincoln park- through Lincoln park to the DT to skyline or into Piedmont and then back down the SHT back through Lincoln park to Ursa again. All paces and distance welcome this is pretty much a up and down run. Also DuFTA is having a volunteer appreciation thing that same night and time for those who were also going to participate in that. Lastly\, some of you have stated you are interested in a flossing tutorial…. Because that has to with running. If you are one of the people interested in this please come at 5:50pm and I can give a quick demonstration.

SUMMARY:Running Thankfulness
DESCRIPTION:Happy Thanksgiving! Because Thanksgiving is on a Thursday we will celebrate Thanksgiving and Black Friday by being outside at a state park for free! Yes\, you read that right all MN state parks are free on Black Friday. We will meet at 3pm for a daylight run. My plan is to do the Carlton trail to the munger to the cemetery to the CCC and then along the river back to the river inn. I think it’s about 7 miles. I’ll bring some pie for afters at the River inn. If you have any Thanksgiving deserts that are leftover feel free to bring along. All paces and distances are welcome! Let’s get outside!
