Ursa Minor / Lincoln Park

Brian had an idea a while back and I want to make good on letting ideas come to life. We will meet 6pm at Ursa Minor and run up to Lincoln park- through Lincoln park to the DT to skyline or into Piedmont and then back down the SHT back through Lincoln park to Ursa again. All paces and distance welcome this is pretty much a up and down run. Also DuFTA is having a volunteer appreciation thing that same night and time for those who were also going to participate in that. Lastly, some of you have stated you are interested in a flossing tutorial…. Because that has to with running. If you are one of the people interested in this please come at 5:50pm and I can give a quick demonstration.
